Industrial AI Events
It all began in the monastery in Würzburg, Germany. A small group of loyal listeners of the Industrial AI Podcast met in the historic rooms and decided after the workshop with Prof. Dr. Sepp Hochreiter: We are forming an Industrial AI Group that meets twice a year. The impetus came from the machine manufacturer Arburg.
Since then, the group has been growing and we meet with our listeners twice a year. We discuss their topics with the top AI researchers from Europe. In summer we are always in the mountains at AI in the Alps and in autumn we are always hosted by a member of the group.
The rules of the group are pretty simple: Working in small group, no sales pitches, no PowerPoint. Are you interested?

AI in the Alps 2026
Meet Europe’s top AI researchers for two days in a unique setting. We will be in Zug am Arlberg at over 1800m. Themes & session chairs will be announced in March.

We do not reach every employee in industrial sector with our Industrial AI Podcast. But we are convinced that every person working in the industrial sector should spend at least 90 minutes dealing with the topic of Industrial AI. That’s why we come to you – into your canteen and talk in podcast style with your secretary, with your forewoman, with your porter or your logistics manager.
