After all the LLM stuff: We talked to Dr. Martin Plank from Festo about a bread and butter topic. He explains us different approaches to deploy your ML model. So there are lots of books and information and tutorials about  how to create a model, how to make all the feature  engineering, how to train models, how to evaluate them. But there is quite less information if it comes to the deployment.
